VOTER INFORMATION CARD
After you have registered to vote, you will receive a Voter Information Card. This card holds a wealth of information for “Legislative Warriors”. With the information on this card you will be able to find the legislators and other officials that preside over your address. Please take a moment to review the information that is provided on the card.
Name and Address:
Polling Place: This is where you’ll go to vote
Registration Date: This is the date when you first registered to vote
Date of Birth:
Precinct: one of a fixed number of areas, each containing one polling place, into which a city, town, etc., is divided for voting purposes.
Party: The political party that you chose when you registered
Florida Registration Number: Your voter registration number
Date Issued:
Congress: This is the district in which you belong, with this number you can find out who your congressman is
State Senate: This is the district in which you belong, with this number you can find out who your Florida State Senator is
State House: This is the district in which you belong, with this number you can find out who your Florida House of Representative is
County Commissioner: This is the district in which you belong, with this number you can find out who your County Commissioner(s) is
School Board: This is the district in which you belong, with this number you can find out who your School Board members are
